Wallace Stevens, "The Snow Man"A bit of poetry sent to me from my brother in Cold Minnesota...
One must have a mind of winter
To regard the frost and the boughs
Of the pine-trees crusted with snow;
And have been cold a long time
To behold the junipers shagged with ice,
The spruces rough in the distant glitter
Of the January sun; and not to think
Of any misery in the sound of the wind,
In the sound of a few leaves,
Which is the sound of the land
Full of the same wind
That is blowing in the same bare place
For the listener, who listens in the snow,
And, nothing himself, beholds
Nothing that is not there and the nothing that is.
-Wallace Stevens, "The Snow Man"

How it Feels to be an eagles fan.As many you may know I am a big fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. You also probably know how badly they looked in the NFC Championship game, losing their second straight home Championship game (a new record). Well today my dad sent me this video - How it Feels to be an Eagles Fan - and i thought it was on the money, so here it is.
I did not create this movie, so I can't give credit. If you made this movie or know who did I will happily give you credit, or if you prefer remove it from my site. Just send me a note
