Aunt Mary's Lemon Mint My mom had a huge mint garden outside of our kitchen growing up and we would have fresh lemonmint beverage all summer long as it grew like a weed.

Ingredients 1 1 medium beet cut into 1 inch cubes 2 1 apple cut into 1 inch cubes 3 1 handful frozen mango cut into 1 inch cubes 4 1 banana (frozen or ripe) 5 1 cup orange juice (or other juice, nut milk or coconut water)

With some green tomatoes on top This was an attempt to copy a salad from Bristol Farms. I ended up modifying it quite a bit from the initial ingredients.
